Pick and choose the classes that you like, when it best fits your schedule. TAE Flow & Go Yoga

Start your day off with the Flow & Go Yoga class. This class is designed to wake up your body with gentle stretches and flows. Learn how to use deep breathing techniques, affirmations, &  intentions to get you motivated for the day ahead. 

Music is incorporated. All fitness levels are welcome.

Modifications recommended as needed

TAE *Signature* COREBOX

This TAE Signature Corebox class incorporates boxing, kickboxing, self-defensive techniques, and boot camp moves. Are you ready to sweat and leave it all on the floor? Our signature class provides overall body conditioning that builds core strength and endurance.

Music is incorporated. All fitness levels are welcome.

TAE PowerUp Yoga!

You are not going to know what HITT you! This class is a 30-minute class full of total body workouts. This interval-based class is a fusion of yoga, and sculpting, with low-impact cardio bursts and lots of fun. Be ready to push hard, burn more, build core strength, and endurance, and increase flexibility...Have Fun! Modifications welcome!!
All fitness levels are welcome. Strength-Multi Level.

TAE Sculpt & Flow

TAE Sculpt & Flow is the perfect fusion of yoga, sculpting (weights & bands), & high intensity, but low-impact cardio for a maximum caloric burn. Bring your towel, water, and a sense of fun...get ready to sweat.

This TAE Signature Yoga class is designed to increase your flexibility and strength as well as your cardio and circulatory health. Let it add a little spice to your yoga practice.

TAE *Signature* Yoga Core

TAE Signature Yoga Core - Strengthen the core by combining traditional yoga with core-strengthening moves that focus on accessing, activating, and firing up your core by using longer holds utilizing longer holds, small movements, and breathwork. A great way to build strength and stability in your core muscles.

Coaches And Trainers

Personalized training is the most effective way to reach your fitness goals. Our certified staff will work one on one with you to keep you motivated and educated while you focus on your goal. We have a wide range of personal training tools such as Core Training, Flexibility Training, and Weight Training. We utilize the Tri-fecta of Fitness (Activity; Stress Management; & Nutrition) to build customize plans for each of our clients.

Core Training

We’re going to pump you up! Strengthen and tone your body by letting one of our certified pros teach you proper form and different fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength. Your body will thank you.

Flexibility Training

Join one of our trainers for an hour of unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. Flexibility Training will improve all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance and core strength based on your workout 'personality'.
