I’m the founder of The Angi Effect™ LLC. I help women, leaders, and organizations stop performing and start leading—and living—with clarity, boundaries, and emotional steadiness.
What The Angi Effect™ stands for:
The Angi Effect™ is identity-first coaching and leadership alignment—because skills don’t stick when your nervous system is in survival, your boundaries are leaking, and your voice is on mute.

The moment everything changed:
My approach is personal and evidence-informed. A thyroid diagnosis became a wake-up call after years of sustained stress and high achievement. It gave language to what I’d lived: I had muted myself for years to be accepted.
As a woman of color, I learned early that success and credentials don’t always protect you from being judged before you’re known. Over time, that pressure showed up in my body, my confidence, and my identity. That experience is why my work focuses on identity, boundaries, and behavior change—not just skills.
Because leadership that costs you your health, voice, or self-respect isn’t leadership. It’s survival. And I’m not here to help people survive their lives—I’m here to help them reclaim them.
